The Dark Lord of CM-Undertaker is a colossal, safe nation, renowned for its prohibition of alcohol. Its compassionate, cynical population of 7.661 billion are ruled with an iron fist by the dictatorship government, which ensures that no-one outside the party gets too rich. In their personal lives, however, citizens are relatively unoppressed; it remains to be seen whether this is because the government genuinely cares about its people, or if it hasn't gotten around to stamping out civil rights yet.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, corrupt government stops and the rest of society begins, but it is mainly concerned with Law & Order, although Education and Commerce are secondary priorities. The average income tax rate is 53%, and even higher for the wealthy. A small but healthy private sector is dominated by the Information Technology industry.

Divorce is illegal, all beauty contests have been banned, a recent law has banned homes from having any more than one wheel, and torture is commonly used to extract information from suspected criminals. Crime is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. CM-Undertaker's national animal is the Creature of the Night, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the Ministry.
